This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), part of the overall Service Agreement with natsav.com ("Natsav"), outlines the terms, obligations, and proper usage of our services. By using any service offered by Natsav, you agree to comply with this AUP and related Terms of Service (TOS).
This policy applies to all who access or use Natsav's services, including domain registrations, shared hosting, cloud servers, dedicated hosting, and all related offerings. Continued use signifies acceptance of these terms. Violations may lead to suspension or termination without notice.
"You", "Subscriber", or "Customer" – Any individual or entity using services from Natsav
"Services" – Any product or service provided by Natsav including domains, hosting, SSL, and reseller programs
"Account" – A user account created on natsav.com for accessing and managing services
You may not use our services for any unlawful or abusive activities, including but not limited to:
Illegal Content: Hosting or linking to anything illegal or unauthorized
SPAM: Bulk or unsolicited email, newsgroup, or SMS marketing
Child Exploitation: Any content related to minors will be reported and terminated immediately
Fraud or Phishing: Including Ponzi schemes, fake offers, or identity theft
Threats and Harassment: Using the platform to harm, harass, or threaten others
Copyright Infringement: Sharing or hosting copyrighted content without permission
Unauthorized Access: Hacking, phishing, or attempting to breach systems
Network Attacks: Including DDoS attacks or server compromise attempts
Malware/Viruses: Uploading or distributing any form of malicious code
Spam Tools or Automation: Hosting tools or bots that facilitate mass spamming
Pornography or Adult Content: Strictly prohibited on shared hosting
Max CPU usage: 4%
Max emails: 250 per domain/day
Max mailbox size: 500MB (5GB per domain)
File and inode limit: 75,000
Web connections: Max 50 simultaneous
Must run no more than every 15 minutes
Must be 'niced' to 15 or greater
Max 25 recipients per batch
No direct SMTP scripts; all mail must go through local MTA
Use of servers as backup systems is not allowed
One cPanel/SiteAdmin backup per account is permitted
Reselling is not permitted on shared hosting plans
Each shared account must host only domains owned by a single user
Violations may lead to account suspension or termination without refund
Do not disrupt other networks or systems
Unauthorized access attempts to any system are strictly forbidden
Violations may lead to legal action and immediate service termination
